In 2007 I trained for the Women's Tri-Fitness event. I was a mother of 2, and very busy. So, in order to help myself stay on track with my diet, I came up with a delicious and nutritious recipe that any carb lover would enjoy. My training was very demanding, and I need to provide my body with the most efficient food fuel needed to develop and perform at my competition.I also needed something easy to grab when I was running around. Now as a mother of 3 children, it is necessary to have great energy throughout the day. A healthy snack is essential.
The G-muffin helped me drop down to 11% body fat. These muffins are wonderful. They have no preservatives. All natural, low fat, low sugar and provide your body with "Good" carbs you need to sustain energy.
How do you make the most of your G-muffin?
I suggest you have it as your carb in the morning and as a snack in the afternoon with a tall glass of water.
These muffins are fresh. They last 2-3 days from bake date, and then they need to stay in the fridge (5 days) or freeze them.Microwave them 20 seconds, or cut in half and toast and they taste freshly baked.
I used the G-muffin to lose 57lbs of baby weight. This is me NOW! I hope you enjoy them....order at my STORE

I have noticed that keeping fit is usually easier when you have a great support team. I encourage everyone to have a friend or family member involved with their training and goals. This not only motivates you to stay on track on those difficult days, but you get to see a great change together.

Sweet Worcestershire Chicken
This is a great Marinade. Place Chicken in the marinade in the morning, by dinner it will be ready to grill. Makes great left overs for lunch. ( meal planning)
6-8 pieces
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/4 cup olive oil (it can be left without for less fat content)
5 cloves of garlic smashed
1/4 cup grade B maple syrup
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tsp Kosher salt
1tsp Sason completa...latino section spice
1 1/2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
Blend all ingredients in a glass/plastic bowl. Poke chicken with fork. Marinate chicken in the fridge 4-6 hours.
Grill or broil....So yummy!
Egg Whites Ranchero
4 egg whites
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
1 tsp smart balance butter
ms. Dash
2 Tbs prepared mango salsa
Place butter in pan. Saute Broccoli for 1 min. Pour egg whites and cook until done. Place salsa on top of the egg whites. Add hot sauce for added heat.
